Golf Bluegreen Rennes/Saint-Jacques

Bretagne, France

Golf Bluegreen Rennes Saint-Jacques is Brittany's largest golf complex, located in Saint-Jacques de la Lande. The facility features three courses designed by architect Robert Berthet in 1989: an 18-hole championship course (L'Armor, par 72), a 9-hole course (L'Argoat, par 32), and a 9-hole pitch and putt (par 27). The courses are characterized by flat, wooded terrain with strategically placed water hazards and well-protected greens surrounded by bunkers and mounds. The fairways are notably narrow, requiring tactical shot-making from players. All three courses offer high-quality, fast greens suited to different skill levels, from beginners to experienced golfers. The complex includes a Toptracer-equipped practice range, putting green, bunker practice areas, and a pro shop. The facility hosts several annual tournaments including the Master Bluegreen in May and the Grand Prix de Rennes and Triskell in June. The location provides convenient access to regional tourist attractions including the Parliament of Brittany and local museums.
