The courses are characterized by flat, wooded terrain with strategically placed water hazards and well-protected greens surrounded by bunkers and mounds. The fairways are notably narrow, requiring tactical shot-making from players. All three courses offer high-quality, fast greens suited to different skill levels, from beginners to experienced golfers. The complex includes a Toptracer-equipped practice range, putting green, bunker practice areas, and a pro shop. The facility hosts several annual tournaments including the Master Bluegreen in May and the Grand Prix de Rennes and Triskell in June.
