The Chili Open - Big Cup is a four-person scramble held on Sunday, October 25, 2026, at Inwood Golf Course, run by the Joliet Park District. The event starts at 10am. The $300 per-team entry fee includes greens fees and a cart, a hot dog, chips and a drink at the turn, chili with all the fixings after the round, and Closest to the Pin contests. All male golfers play from the blue tees, senior males (60+) from the white tees, and super seniors (70+) and female golfers from the gold tees. The 8-inch Big Cup is used for the event. A maximum of 30 teams is allowed, so sign up early. Entry is by phone to the Pro Shop at 815-741-7265, with payment in advance mandatory. Prizes are awarded to flight winners.
