Golf Sarneraatal

Obwalden, Switzerland

Golf Sarneraatal is a 6-hole golf course located in central Switzerland, built on the grounds of a former farmstead. The facility offers a compact but complete golfing experience with a 6-hole course complemented by practice areas including a chipping green, pitching green, and putting green. The course operates seasonally, with winter closures for maintenance from November through March, though a covered driving range remains accessible year-round. The venue combines practice and play opportunities suitable for various skill levels, from beginners to experienced golfers seeking casual evening rounds. The idyllic setting on former agricultural land provides an informal atmosphere. Golf Sarneraatal operates its own golf academy and club, offering membership benefits including discounts at other Swiss golf courses. The course hosts regular tournaments throughout the season, including seasonal championships and evening tournaments, establishing it as an active community golf venue in the Swiss heartland.
