River Valley Country Club is an 18-hole golf course located in Westfield, Pennsylvania, designed by Geoff Cornish. Set in the scenic landscape of Northcentral Pennsylvania, the course features mountainous terrain interspersed with sand traps and water hazards throughout the layout. Though visually appearing relatively straightforward as a fairly short, wide-open course, River Valley presents meaningful challenges through its uneven lies and difficult-to-read putting surfaces. The course is well-maintained and rewards skillful play. The terrain's undulating nature makes walking challenging for some players, with golf carts available for rent. The club operates seasonally from approximately early April through November, weather permitting. River Valley is open to the public and offers memberships for singles, couples, and families at reasonable rates. The course hosts tournaments and leagues throughout its season and maintains an active membership base with annual club championships across various divisions.
