The course hosted The Rolex Challenge Tour Grand Final supported by The R&A later that same year, and again in 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025. The HotelPlanner Tour’s flagship event will return to Alcanada once again with the Rolex Grand Final in 2026, where DP World Tour hopefuls will hope to follow in the footsteps of previous winners at Alcanada, Franceso Laporta, Nathan Kimsey, Marco Penge, Kristoffer Reitan and James Morrison.
