Benamor Golf is an 18-hole golf course located in the Algarve region of southern Portugal, situated a few kilometers east of Tavira. Designed by Sir Henry Cotton and completed in spring 2000, the course is set in the foothills of Barrocal, offering distinctive mountain and sea views characteristic of the Algarve landscape. The course is notable for its peaceful setting within a construction-free resort environment, claimed to be one of the only such developments in the region. The terrain and natural surroundings provide an scenic backdrop for play. The facility includes a driving range, clubhouse with restaurant, pro shop, and reception areas. Benamor Golf caters to various player levels, offering green fees, lessons, equipment rentals, and membership options. The course hosts tournaments and special golf events throughout the year.
