4-person Texas Scramble open to gents and ladies. Tee times run from 08:30 to 14:00; the golf shop opens at 07:30, with trolley, club, and buggy hire available from 07:40 onwards (no electric trolley or club hire after 13:00). Entry fee is £30.00 per person. Booking is made online via the BRS Golf platform. Players must hold a recognised and active World Handicap System handicap (maximum 54) and be a member of an affiliated golf club to be eligible for prizes; unattached players holding an iGolf handicap issued by England Golf may participate but will not be eligible for prizes. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the event are fully refundable; cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable but may be transferred to an alternative date within 12 months.
