Players can choose conservative approaches for pars or take on more aggressive lines for higher rewards. The course has matured over its years of operation, with tree areas continuing to develop and enhance the playing experience. The layout is characterized as one of the most unique and challenging in the region, keeping golfers thoroughly engaged throughout the round. Course records include a professional low of 62 by Alex Belt, an amateur low of 64 by Lewis Hunt, and a ladies low of 78 by Gina Strafford. The course is open to both members and visitors.
