The 3 Person Better Ball Open takes place at Tain Golf Club on Sunday 2 August 2026. It is an open competition and visitors are welcome to enter. Teams of three compete in a mixed betterball Stableford format (scores do not count for handicap purposes). Men play the Tain course off the Gents White tees; ladies play the Tain course off the Ladies Yellow tees. Tee times run from 10:00 and booking closes at 18:00 on 2 August 2026. Entry fee is £15.00 per person.

Tain Golf Club is an 18-hole championship-length course spanning 6,404 yards in Ross-Shire, Scottish Highlands, designed by the legendary Old Tom Morris in 1889.
