Description

AM AM Stableford format with the best 2 scores counting on each hole and all 4 scores counting on the 18th hole. Played off 85% of course handicap. Open to teams of 4 female amateur members of recognised golf clubs aged 18 years or over on the day of the competition. Independent Golfers and PlayMoreGolfers are not eligible. Players may come from any golf club, but a maximum of 2 players per team may be from Vicars Cross Golf Club. All players must hold an active WHS handicap of 34.0 or lower to be eligible for a prize. Entry fee is £110 per team of four. Prize winners will be notified by email. If play is suspended due to adverse weather or another reason and the aggregate suspension time exceeds 1 hour, the competition will be abandoned; results stand if at least two-thirds of rounds have been completed. Players who have not completed their round in the event of abandonment will receive a voucher for one free non-competitive round of golf. No refunds will be given. Vicars Cross Golf Club, established in 1939, is a parkland course located in Great Barrow, Chester, offering an excellent test of golf for all abilities. The club maintains one of the best practice facilities in the area and is currently undergoing upgrades.
