Three-day open event held on the first weekend in September (Labour Day weekend). An established handicap is required to play. Saturday: Men's B and C division medal round, Ladies A, B and C divisions medal round, and Senior divisions (ages 55–64, 65–74, 75+) medal round. Sunday: Mixed alternate shot event with two handicap divisions. Monday: Men's A division and Pros medal round. Convened by a committee of volunteers. Cornwall Golf & Country Club is an 18-hole course located in Cornwall, Ontario, featuring 6,614 yards from the blue tees with a par of 72. The layout includes nine par-4 holes, four par-5s, and five par-3s across multiple tee options (Blue, White, Red, and Yellow), accommodating golfers of varying skill levels. The course is characterized by scenic riverside views overlooking the St. Lawrence River and is defined by strategically placed natural hazards including mature trees such as honey locusts, silver maples, white ash, and Norway spruce. Water hazards, out-of-bounds markers, and well-positioned bunkers create notable challenges throughout the layout. Notable holes include the par-5 "Willow Bend" (hole 2) with water protecting the green, the par-4 "Rare Eagle" (hole 3) featuring approach bunkers, and the dramatic par-5 "Uphill" (hole 11) guarded by a monumental oak tree 50 yards short of the green. The par-3 "All Carry" (hole 8) presents a narrow target at just eight paces wide. Riverside views are featured prominently on hole 10, while the closing par-3 "Short & Sweet" (hole 18) overlooks the clubhouse patio. The course presents moderate to challenging conditions with prevailing winds affecting play throughout.
