The course features a flexible 20-hole layout designed with input from renowned golfer Padraig Harrington, who developed his amateur career at the club. This design accommodates golfers of all skill levels, providing varied challenges across the layout. Situated on the outskirts of Dublin near Dundrum and the M50, the course offers panoramic views of Dublin Bay and the city skyline. Originally founded as a golf club for Ireland's national police force, the Garda Síochána, Stackstown has grown into one of Dublin's most respected golf venues.
