The course offers a genuine 18-hole experience suitable for players of all levels, with a full-length driving range for practice. The terrain features rolling fairways and varied hole designs, including the notable 15th hole, a 341-metre dog-leg Par 4. The club has established itself as a welcoming venue for members, visitors, and social players, operating seven days a week. Dalby Golf Club was recognised as Queensland's Golf Club of the Year in 2021 (under 400 members category), reflecting its reputation within the golfing community. The club boasts historical significance in Australian golf, as Greg Norman's first professional golf event took place at Dalby.
