The course spans approximately 1,800 yards and was developed with a "short course" concept emphasizing accessibility and enjoyment for families, beginners, and casual golfers. The design features a non-penal layout that appeals to novices while maintaining regulation-length holes and greens that provide sufficient challenge and strategy for experienced players. This approach reflects the Scottish origins of golf, where six, nine, and twelve-hole courses were historically common. The course is situated within a coastal sanctuary setting featuring natural pine forests and wetlands.
