The Seniors Open takes place at Chobham Golf Club on Monday 3 August 2026. The competition is an 18-hole qualifying Stableford with 95% handicap allowance. Entry fee is £55, which includes tea/coffee and pastry on arrival, golf, a 2-course lunch, and prizes. Prizes are awarded for general handicap, best handicap score for players aged 70 or over, and nearest the pin. The event uses a shotgun start at 9:00am, with starting holes emailed approximately 2 weeks before the competition. Open to all male golfers aged 55 or over who hold a recognised CONGU handicap. Entries must be submitted by Sunday 19th July 2026 to simon@chobhamgolfclub.co.uk or by post to Chobham Golf Club, Chobham Road, Woking, Surrey, GU21 2TZ. Payment can be made by card over the phone or via BACS (Sort Code 60-15-42, Account No 70177422, quoting SOPEN and surname). No refunds after the closing date. Players from the same club will not be automatically paired together.
