The sixth annual Power of Hope Golf Tournament takes place on Monday, August 24, 2026, at Cataraqui Golf & Country Club in Kingston, Ontario. The event raises funds for prostate cancer care at Kingston Health Sciences Centre (KHSC), specifically supporting the surgical robotics program using the da Vinci robot. Founded by prostate cancer survivor Mike Laframboise, the tournament has raised over $740,000 in five years. Entry is open to the public via online registration. The format is a four-person team event (foursome) with a shotgun start at 12:30 PM. The entry fee is $275 per individual (or $1,000 for a foursome). The schedule includes registration at 11:00 AM, lunch served on course after the 4th and 11th holes, a 19th hole happy hour at 5:30 PM, and a seated dinner at 6:30 PM in the clubhouse upper dining room.
