The Toughman/Princess Scramble is a two-day scratch cash scramble held at Treetops Resort, Gaylord, MI on October 17–18, 2026. Teams of three compete with no handicap allowances. Saturday's round is played on the Jones Masterpiece course; Sunday's round is on the Smith Tradition course. Shotgun start at 10:00 AM each day. Entry includes two drink vouchers, a lunch voucher on Saturday at the Masterpiece, a chili lunch on Sunday at the Tradition, and a post-tournament reception and awards celebration.

Treetops Resort is a distinguished golf destination in Northern Michigan that has operated since 1987. The resort features five championship courses designed by renowned architects. The Jones Masterpiece, designed by Robert Trent Jones Sr. in 1985, is the most difficult and picturesque course at the resort. Rick Smith designed three courses: the Signature course (1993), inspired by Scottish and Irish heritage and ranked #2 in the Midwest by Golf Magazine; the Tradition course, a links-inspired design; and Threetops, a par-3 course voted among the best in the U.S. Tom Fazio designed the Premier course (1992), the only Fazio-designed course in Michigan, which has maintained a 4.5-star Golf Digest rating. The resort is located in the scenic Northern Michigan landscape near Gaylord. Treetops offers diverse playing experiences across its five courses, appealing to golfers of all skill levels. The resort provides comprehensive golf amenities including a golf academy with group and private instruction, group golf packages, and tournament facilities. All courses have been consistently recognized by major golf publications for their quality and design.
