The Hickory Golf Outing - Saturday takes place on June 13, 2026, at Mt. Prospect Golf Club (600 S See Gwun Ave, Mount Prospect, IL 60056). Part of the club's 100th Anniversary weekend, this is a standalone event open to all golfers. Teams of four play an 18-hole scramble format: all four players hit each shot, the team selects the best, and everyone plays from that spot. Each group is provided one set of authentic hickory-shafted clubs and replica 1920s golf balls supplied by PlayHickory.com. The course setup is inspired by 1920s golf, emphasising creativity, accuracy, and classic shot-making. Contests include Longest Drive, Closest to the Pin, and Longest Putt. Vintage attire (knickers, caps, old-school patterns) is encouraged but not required. A buffet meal is served after play for all participants. Registration for Saturday does not include Friday's 9-hole warm-up or Sunday's 18-hole event. Participants will receive event reminders and check-in details following registration. Start time: 9:30 AM. Entry fee: $520 per foursome. Registration opens 4 May 2026.
