Village Green Municipal Golf Course is an 18-hole public course located in Moorhead, Minnesota. Originally opened as a nine-hole facility in 1981, it expanded to a full 18-hole course in spring 1994. The original nine holes underwent remodeling and updates in 2003.
The course features three sets of tees accommodating all skill levels. From the blue tees, it plays 6,728 yards with a USGA rating of 72.5 and slope of 127. White tees measure 6,352 yards (70.7/125), while gold tees offer 5,861 yards for both men (68.1/124) and women (73.6/126). Red tees provide 5,334 yards for men (65.8/113) and women (70.6/120).
Village Green is recognized for its excellent practice facilities, among the largest in the area. These include a full driving range, a 10,000-square-foot putting green, and a short-game practice area featuring a pitching fairway, practice green, and bunker. All practice facilities are open to the public during course hours. The course combines well-maintained conditions with a quality layout designed to provide an enjoyable experience for recreational and serious golfers alike.
