The Championship of Bath is an 18-hole individual medal strokeplay competition held at Bath Golf Club, Bath, UK, played from the white tees in 3-ball groups. Open to men. Players must be a member of an affiliated golf club, with a maximum WHS Handicap Index of 12.4 (higher handicaps may enter but will play off this maximum). Playing handicap is 95% of course handicap. Entry fee is £40 for visitors and £20 for members. Sign-up closes at 11:59pm on Monday 1st June 2026. Start times will be confirmed and emailed by Friday 5th June 2026. Bookings and payment can be made online by credit/debit card. If you have difficulty signing up online, contact the club office on 01225 463834, option 2. Refunds are only made with 7 days' prior notice unless the place can be filled. Maximum 60 entries.

Prizes

£250 first prize for best scratch score. Additional scratch and handicap prizes. The Championship of Bath Trophy is awarded to the best gross score on the day.
