Denver Senior Men's City Amateur

2-day, 18-hole stroke play at Overland Park Golf Course, Denver. Open to amateur golfers aged 50 or older. A verifiable GHIN Handicap Index issued under the World Handicap System is required; Denver residency is not required. Players with a handicap index of 5.4 or lower are automatically placed in the Championship flight; players with a handicap index of 5.5–8.9 may opt into the Championship flight. All other players with a handicap index of 5.5–20.0 are placed in flights according to handicap index. A handicap of 20.0 or higher is not recommended as a competitive flight cannot be guaranteed. Flights are determined by the handicap revision dated 29 July 2026. Players may be re-flighted after Day 1 based on scores. Entry fee of $269.00 includes green fees and warm-up balls for both days; carts and caddie fees are not included. Registration must be completed online; entries are not accepted at the pro shop. Registration opens 8 July 2026 at 9 AM and closes 29 July 2026 at 4 PM. Space is limited; a waitlist operates once the field is full. Withdrawals before the entry close deadline are refunded less a $20 service charge; withdrawals after the deadline and by 4 PM the Wednesday before the event receive a 50% refund; no refund after that point. Caddies are permitted but must be registered before the entry close date and must wear the tournament caddie bib during play. Ties for flight winners are decided by a hole-by-hole playoff beginning approximately 10 minutes after completion of play; all other ties are determined by scorecard playoff using USGA method (holes 9, 6, 3, 1).
