The Seniors Open 4BBB takes place at Ashbourne Golf Club, Wyaston Road, Ashbourne, Derbyshire, DE6 1NB on 14 August 2026. This is a gents seniors open competition played as a Four Ball Betterball (4BBB) pairs format, with two players per team. Entry is available online via the BRS Golf booking platform. The visitor entry fee is £30.00 per pair; the member rate is £22.50 per pair. Tee times run from 07:00. Players must hold a handicap of 28 or less (or be able to play to an equivalent standard). Appropriate golf attire is required; denim, tracksuits, football shirts, t-shirts and non-golf footwear are not permitted. Soft spikes or spiked golf shoes must be worn. Fees are non-refundable, though an alternative date will be offered if the course is closed. Bookings are transferable — contact the Pro Shop on 01335 347960 if arrangements need to change.

Ashbourne Golf Club is the oldest golf club in Derbyshire, located in Ashbourne with extensive views toward Thorpe Cloud, Dovedale, and The Weaver Hills in the Peak District.
