36-hole Medal (strokeplay) competition for men, played off 95% handicap allowance with a maximum playing handicap of 20. A WHS handicap is required to compete; entrants may hold a higher handicap but must play to the 20 maximum on the day. A minimum of 3 competition cards are required over the previous 12 months to be eligible to win. The Bob Taylor Cup is presented to the player with the best scratch score over 36 holes. Handicap prizes are awarded for the overall 36-hole result and separately for the morning and afternoon rounds; no player may win more than one prize (except the Bob Taylor Cup). Minimum first cash prize of £200 for the scratch 36-hole winner and a £200 voucher for best nett. Entry fee: £35 per person for visitors, £12 per person for members. Online entry available; signup closes at 12:00 am on the day of the competition (1 August 2026). Maximum 78 entries.


Prizes
