Easingwold Golf Club

York, North Yorkshire, England

Easingwold Golf Club is an 18-hole course located in woodland and heathland southeast of the Georgian market town of Easingwold in North Yorkshire. The original course opened in 1930 and was designed by the renowned Hawtree dynasty of golf course architects, giving it considerable historical character and pedigree. The course is set within a picturesque landscape of woodland and heath, offering an atmospheric playing experience typical of classic English golf design from this era. The Hawtree design philosophy is evident throughout the layout, which has been maintained and preserved to reflect its heritage. Easingwold is positioned as one of Yorkshire's premier golf destinations, with a membership exceeding 600 and attracts thousands of visitors annually. The club offers a full range of facilities including a driving range with nine covered bays, a teaching studio, and Flight Scope simulator bays for coaching and practice. The clubhouse provides catering and hospitality services, complementing the golfing experience for both members and visitors.
