The Men's Individual Open 2026 takes place on Friday 17th July 2026 at Edgbaston Golf Course, played from the White Tees. This is an individual strokeplay competition (gross and nett medal) with a 95% handicap allowance. The maximum course handicap permitted is 21. The entry fee is £55 per player, which includes a food and drink voucher and a gift for all participants. In the event of a tie, the countback procedure is applied over the last 9 holes, then the last 6, then the last 3, and finally the last hole. Scores must be entered via the igMember app and returned to the pro shop by 11:30 pm on the day of the competition. Prizes are awarded for both net and gross competitions. The event is open to men, with online signup available until midnight on the day of the competition. Pace of play for 3 balls is 3 hours and 34 minutes for 18 holes. Players must complete all holes at their lowest possible score and must identify their handicap index and course handicap on their scorecard; failure to do so may result in disqualification. A no return will incur penalty strokes at the committee's discretion.

Edgbaston Golf Club is a parkland golf course established in 1896, located just over a mile from Birmingham City Centre in Warwickshire. Designed by renowned architect Harry S. Colt, the course measures 6,128 yards with a par of 69 and features a slope rating of 132, presenting a challenging layout for players of all abilities. The course is characterized by wide, sweeping tree-lined fairways, newly renovated bunkers, and tight, pristine greens that wind through the grounds of Edgbaston Hall, a Georgian Grade II listed building.
