Venue

Cotswold Edge Golf Club

Gloucestershire, England

Cotswold Edge Golf Club is located on the edge of the Cotswold escarpment in Gloucestershire, offering panoramic views across the Severn Vale toward the Brecon Beacons, Malvern Hills, and Wales. The private, family-owned course plays to a par 71 and measures just over 6,000 yards, making it playable year-round. The front nine follows a traditional parkland layout, while the back nine, though shorter, provides a stern test of iron play. The course is characterized by its challenging design and spectacular scenery, which members note remains enjoyable even during difficult rounds. Set on the edge of the historic wool market town of Wotton-Under-Edge, the club features no public footpaths, ensuring that only golfers experience its elevated vistas. The course suits golfers of varying abilities while maintaining genuine difficulty through its layout and shot demands.
