Mold Golf Club is an award-winning 18-hole uplands course located in Flintshire, North Wales, positioned in the shadow of Moel Famau within the Clwydian Range Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Situated approximately 850 feet above sea level, the course offers panoramic views of the Welsh countryside, with vistas extending north to the Dee Estuary and Chester, eastward across the Cheshire Plain toward the Peak District, and south over the Halkyn Plateau.
The course features contoured fairways and meticulously maintained greens that are described as receptive and true. With over 100 years of golfing history, the layout presents a thought-provoking design with no weak holes and a wide choice of challenges. The 10th fairway is noted for its exceptional views on clear days. Facilities include a practice ground, chipping area, putting green, pro shop, clubhouse, restaurant, and bar with full catering.
