The Els Club Invitational 2026

The Els Club Invitational 2026 is an individual Stableford competition held at The Els Club Desaru Coast's Ernie Els Signature Design Ocean Course on Saturday, 29 August 2026. The event uses System 36 Stableford scoring. Open to all amateur golfers aged 18 and above, both local and international. Shot-gun start at 12:30 PM with registration at 11:00 AM at the lobby (lunch at the Big Easy Bar & Grill included). The participation fee of RM890 per person includes an 18-hole green fee with tax, insurance, a shared golf cart, access to practice facilities one hour before tee-off, a personalised bag tag and locker, refreshments at the Mandarin Oriental halfway hut, an exclusive Malbon tournament shirt and goodies, and a prize-giving dinner at Mandarin Oriental Desaru Coast. The tournament agenda includes: 10:00 AM pre-tournament practice session, 11:00 AM registration and lunch, 12:00 PM event briefing and photography, 12:15 PM proceed to tee box, 12:30 PM shot-gun tee-off, 5:30 PM completion of tournament, 6:30 PM transfer to Mandarin Oriental, 7:00 PM cocktail, 7:30 PM dinner, 8:00 PM prize-giving ceremony, 9:00 PM event ends. Entry is via an online Google Form. Category prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place in Men's and Ladies' categories. Hole-in-one prizes and novelty/lucky draw rewards available. A practice round is available on 28 August 2026 for RM290 per person, and subsequent rounds on 30 August 2026 for RM305 per participant.
