The Road to Golf (Veien til Golf, VTG) is a beginner golf course offered by Holtsmark Golfklubb, designed for participants aged 13 and over who want to learn golf. The course covers theoretical instruction (sent 1-2 days before the course date), practical training on-site with a resource person from 09:00-15:00, and playing 18 holes during the season (not required to be consecutive). The event takes place at Holtsmark Golfklubb's Eplehagen 9-hole course. Entry fee is 500 NOK for those who join the club, or 2000 NOK for non-members who do not wish to become members. Free VTG training sessions are held every other Monday from 18:00-19:00 for all participants. Registration is conducted online through the club's booking system.
