Golfclub Am Alten Fliess is a 27-hole championship course located in Bergheim-Fliesteden, approximately 20 minutes from Cologne. The facility encompasses 120 hectares and features three distinct nine-hole courses: the Red Course (Par 36, 2,996m from yellow tees), White Course (Par 36, 3,039m from yellow tees), and Yellow Course (Par 36, 3,015m from yellow tees), each offering varying levels of challenge. The course is characterized by excellent maintenance with year-round high-quality greens and open fairways where wind significantly influences play. Design accommodates both demanding golfers and those seeking relaxation, with some challenging holes balanced by more forgiving sections. Notable features include double greens shared between holes 9 and 18, a halfway house with lake pavilion, two modern driving ranges with TrackMan4 technology, and an indoor golf lounge. The club, established in 1996, operates as a championship-level facility serving experienced golfers and beginners alike, supported by a professional golf school and Italian restaurant facilities.
