Play Dubs Like the Pros

2026 Play Dubs Like the Pros is a 4-player scramble competition held on Tuesday, August 18, 2026, at Cog Hill Golf & Country Club's Course No. 4 (Dubsdread), set up to replicate the 2011 BMW Championship setup. The event features a 9:00am shotgun start with limited entry to the first 32 teams (128 golfers maximum). The entry fee is $140 per golfer ($560 per team), which includes a round of golf with a cart, warm-up range balls, a beverage ticket, and prize entry. Players are assigned tees by age and gender: Men Under 50 play from the Blue tees, Men 50-69 from White, Men 70+ from Green, and Women from the Forward tees. Players competing for fun may choose their preferred tee, with Black tees set to PGA Tour yardages. The itinerary begins at 8:00am with the range opening and carts staged, announcements at 8:50am, and the shotgun start at 9:00am. Scorecards are collected at 1:30pm in the 2/4 Golf Shop, with all live scoring and results available via the Golf Genius App. On-course competitions include Closest to Pin, Longest Drive, and Longest Putt. An optional $40 team skins game is also available. Prizes for 1st and 2nd place finishers, as well as on-course contests, are awarded as golf vouchers, with the skins game paid out via gift card. Cancellations with 48 hours or more advance notice receive a full refund less a 4% credit card processing fee; otherwise, the value is placed on a gift card. Registration is handled online through Golf Genius.
