Join the Summer Scramble on Saturday 15 August 2026 at Golfbaan Bentwoud for a fun 9-hole Texas Scramble competition. Teams of four players compete in net strokeplay, with team handicap calculated as the sum of the four handicaps divided by 8 (50% accounting). Each player must use their tee shot twice, with one tee shot free. Only fully completed scorecards count. Registration opens at reception from 14:30, with the 9-hole competition starting around 15:00. The event is open to all – you can register as a team or individually, and the club will form teams from individual entries. Entry fee is €37.50 per person for non-round-card holders, or €10.00 plus one round-card tick for round-card holders. The fee includes a 9-hole round, a drink (soft drink, beer on tap, or house wine), and three mixers at Brasserie Roest, plus a bottle of water on the course. From 17:15, the first participants arrive for the drinks and prize ceremony. The entry deadline is Thursday 13 August 2026, and the starting list is sent out on the same day. Prizes are awarded to the winning team.
