Weekly ranking competitions on the Les Castors 9-hole course. Competitions are held every Tuesday at 9am and every Saturday at 12pm (except Saturday 25 April). The Saturday competition is limited to 20 players. Entries are made via email at castors@legolfdesalpes.com or by phone at 04 50 32 51 40 at the Castors reception. Entry fees are 3€ for AS (Association Sportive) members and 6€ for non-members (visitors). These competitions are designed for golfers to test themselves regularly, track their handicap index evolution, and enjoy the Les Castors course in a sporting and convivial atmosphere. The competition uses stableford scoring (points-based ranking).

Golf des Alpes, located near Annecy in Giez, France, comprises two courses set across 75 hectares of preserved natural landscape surrounded by mountains. The Chamois course features 18 holes with a par of 72, while the Castors course offers 9 holes at par 33, accommodating golfers of all skill levels from beginners to experienced players. The mountainous setting provides an ideal backdrop for play, with the courses designed to blend seamlessly into the Alpine terrain. The facility includes a practice range equipped with Top Tracer technology for golfers of all abilities. The courses remain open year-round, weather permitting, with electric carts permitted on the Castors course and manual carts on the Chamois course. On-site amenities include a clubhouse with pro shop and dining facilities. The golf club supports an active competitive schedule and offers instruction through its golf school, catering to the local golfing community while welcoming visitors.
