Hoenderdaal Open

The Hoenderdaal Open is the friendliest golf tournament in the Middle of the Netherlands, held in the last weekend of August. The 2026 event runs from Friday 28 August to Sunday 30 August. Format is strokeplay without handicap allowance (scratch strokeplay). The tournament consists of a preliminary round on Friday and Saturday, a semi-final on Sunday morning, and a final on Sunday afternoon. Following the competition, guests can enjoy a Build Your Own Burger dinner at an attractive price, courtesy of sponsors including Health Center Hoenderdaal, Abbing Tuincentrum, De Mol DrankenSpecialist, Van Velzen Fietsen, Reswing Golfstore, and Heerema projectontwikkeling. Past events have attracted participants from Hoenderdaal as well as other local clubs such as Kromme Rijn, Amelisweerd, and Anderstein, as well as from Amsterdam and The Hague. Entry is via an online form.
