The resort is situated approximately 60 minutes from the center of Sapporo and 20 minutes from both Tomakomai city and New Chitose Airport. The Emina South Course is a 7,020-yard, par-72 layout played from the back tees, featuring Bentgrass greens and Kentucky Bluegrass fairways and roughs. It is a caddie-assisted course described as having a grand scale and harmonizing with birch tree groves. The course has hosted professional tournaments including the Nikkei Cup Nakamura Toraaki Memorial on the PGA Tour in 1993 and 1994, and the AXA Ladies Tournament on the LPGA Tour in 2007, 2008, and 2009. The 7th hole, a par-3 water hazard short hole, is noted as a signature hole where wind direction can vary significantly. The 4th and 17th holes are highlighted as favorite holes for driving distance competitions. The Emina West Course is a 6,877-yard, par-72 self-play course equipped with GPS navigation carts. It features a varied layout with ladies' tees installed to accommodate female players. The 11th hole is a par-3 tee-shot hole where changing wind conditions require caution. This course hosted the Hokkaido Professional Golf Championship in 1994 and has been the venue for numerous other professional and amateur official competitions. The Emina East Course is a 7,051-yard, par-72 layout characterized by long-distance holes, designed for players seeking a sporty golf experience. The 18th hole is a par-5 finishing hole with a water hazard in front of the green, a feature that produced dramatic moments during the Nikkei Cup professional tournaments. The course has hosted the HTB Senior Classic in 2004 and the Nikkei Cup in 1990 and 1992. The Iris Course at Iris Golf Club is a 6,541-yard, par-72 self-play course designed as an American-style layout with shorter distances to be friendly to beginners and women. The 6th hole, a par-3, is a signature short hole inspired by the 16th hole at Augusta, offering beautiful scenery that can distract players. This course hosted the HTB Senior Classic from 1995 to 2003.
