The course features a 70.8/121 Course and Slope Rating from the championship tees, with par 73 for ladies. Set across 397 acres, Pine Hills offers a balanced blend of challenge and scenic beauty, with numerous awe-inspiring views throughout the layout. The terrain harmonizes naturally with the surrounding landscape, providing a secluded setting that connects players with nature.
