MGS Junior Support Open

MGS Junnutuki Open 2026 is a charity golf competition held on Thursday 30 July 2026 at Muurame Golf, with a joint start at 9:00 AM. The event is a 2-person scramble competition where all proceeds go directly to supporting the Muurame Golf Society's junior development program. Teams can enter as private teams (120 EUR) or company teams (200 EUR), with the team fee including a competition place for two players, the opportunity to participate in special competitions, and a post-round lunch. The handicap allowance is calculated as one-quarter of the combined handicaps of the two team members, with the team's playing handicap not exceeding the better player's handicap. Additionally, there is a 'Challenge the Junior' special competition on par-3 holes where participants can win a 3-ball pack by hitting closer to the pin than a playing junior. All participants are entered into a golf bag raffle after the competition, and a charity auction featuring items from local sports stars is held during the prize-giving, with all proceeds also going to the junior program. Entry fee is 5 EUR per hole via MobilePay for the special competitions. The event is open to all golfers and is not restricted to club members.
