Takaha Royal Country Club is an 18-hole golf course located in Otono-cho, Tagawa City, Fukuoka Prefecture, Japan. The course is situated in the Yukuhashi area, approximately one hour from Fukuoka Airport, and is set within a gently rolling hilly landscape surrounded by lush greenery. The course was designed by Isomura Yumasa and Peter Thomson, who collaborated to create a layout that demands advanced technical skill. The fairways and greens are positioned on undulating terrain, providing a challenging test for golfers of all levels. The course features a variety of hole lengths and difficulties, with par 4s, par 5s, and par 3s distributed across the front and back nines. The front nine includes a mix of par 4s and par 5s, with the 5th hole serving as the longest par 5 on the course. The back nine presents a challenging sequence, including a short par 3 at the 12th hole and another demanding par 5 at the 18th. The course offers multiple tee boxes to accommodate different skill levels, including black, blue, white, gold, red, and pink tees, allowing players to adjust the difficulty to their preference.
