The front nine includes a mix of par-4s, par-5s, and a par-3, while the back nine features a demanding par-3 15th hole that measures only 160 yards from the forward tees but stretches to 210 yards from the back tees. A defining characteristic of the course is the presence of creeks that cross the fairways or guard the greens, adding strategic complexity to several holes. On the front nine, these water hazards are prominent on the 3rd, 5th, 6th, and 7th holes. The back nine continues this theme with creeks affecting the 13th and 14th holes. The 3rd hole, a par-3, is noted for being particularly difficult due to the Washington and Shigi green complex guarding the approach. The course offers three sets of tees for each hole, with yardages ranging from the long tees to the short tees, allowing for varied difficulty levels. The front nine par-3 15th hole is the shortest on the course, while the 7th hole on the front nine and the 15th hole on the back nine are the longest par-5s. The design emphasizes strategic shot-making around the water features rather than sheer distance.
