兵庫県, Japan

Located in Kobe City, Hyogo Prefecture, Hyogo Country Club sits at an elevation of 536 meters in the Rokko mountain range. The course is positioned roughly 30 minutes from Sannomiya and 15 minutes from the Minami-ami Interchange of the Hanshin Expressway Line 1. Set in a highland environment that offers a cooling effect during the summer months, the property is surrounded by mountains and dense trees. The terrain features fairways with moderate undulation, separated by abundant vegetation, and utilizes Bentgrass greens. The 18-hole layout measures 6,524 yards from the back tees, with a Course Rating of 72.1 and a Slope Rating of 130. The course is divided into an Out Course (holes 1-9) and an In Course (holes 10-18). The par 72 configuration includes three par-3s, five par-4s, and ten par-5s. The back nine presents significant length, highlighted by the 542-yard 14th hole and the 457-yard 11th hole. The front nine features shorter scoring opportunities, including the 200-yard 5th and the 208-yard 3rd. Strategic design elements define the challenge, with the 8th hole serving as the longest par-5 at 442 yards and the 15th hole acting as the longest par-4 at 400 yards. The course includes specific "Near Pin" holes, identified as the 3rd and 5th on the front nine, and the 12th and 16th on the back nine. Cart roads are positioned close to the fairways to assist play. The course offers multiple tee boxes, including Gold, Ladies, and Rainbow tees, allowing for varied yardages and difficulty levels.
