Fojo Golf Tour by Churchill’s

Fojo Golf Tour by Churchill's is an individual strokeplay competition held at Vale Pisão on Sunday, July 19, 2026. The event is open to all golfers with a valid EGA handicap, with a maximum handicap of 36.0 for men and 36.0 for ladies. Entry is limited to 56 players. Check-in begins at 8:00 AM with a shotgun start at 9:00 AM. The format is strokeplay with a maximum of 9 strokes per hole. Entry fees are €50 for Fojo members and non-members, €35 for Vale Pisão members, and €30 for juniors; the fee includes a field bar and a free lunch. Entries can be made online at www.golfojo.com, by email at geral@golfojo.com, by phone at 22 772 70 70, or in person at the Fojo Golf reception. In the event of a tie, the tie-break proceeds through the best last 9, 6, and 3 holes, then the best last hole; if still tied, the higher handicap wins on gross and the lower handicap wins on net. Prizes are awarded for 1st and 2nd place in strokeplay, 1st and 2nd in Medal Net, 1st in Medal Net Ladies, plus special prizes for Longest Drive (men and ladies) and Nearest to the Pin. The Technical Commission is led by Carlos Castro and Francisca Osório.
