Formats vary each week, including two-, three-, and four-man team formats, with all players playing their own ball (no scramble formats). Teams are normally flighted by handicap, with some blind draw formats. Players may tee off from the Blue, White, or Purple tees based on age and ability; White Tees are used for team development. The league includes special rules such as Breakfast Ball on the first hole, Rock & Root Rule for fairway and rough relief, and no gimme putts. A weekly $6.00 prize pool covers closest-to-the-pin, longest-putt, and team score prizes. Non-members are welcome at a rate of $55.00 with cart or $45.00 walking. Members accept all PLG membership plans. Sign-up is on a week-to-week basis; players must notify the League Coordinator, Dave Johnson, by email (duckydave107@gmail.com) or phone (603-522-6381) by Monday evening. Maximum handicap is 30. Guests are welcome and must be included in the competition, contributing to the prize pool.

Province Lake Golf Club is an 18-hole championship course located in Parsonsfield, Maine, offering a blend of classic and modern golf design. The front nine was built in 1918 by renowned designer Lawrence Van Etten, known for laying out courses along the East Coast.
