The George Pilbeam Cup is an individual strokeplay competition held at the Halford Hewitt Golf Course on 22 August 2026. All roll-up competitions and events on the fixture list count towards handicaps. Individual scorecards must be submitted and cross-checked with markers. No gimmies are allowed. Preferred lies apply through 30 April 2026 and restart on 1 October 2026. All competitions are played from the white tees. The course is affiliated to England Golf and Surrey Golf, requiring players to maintain appropriate handicap affiliation.

Charterhouse Golf Club's Halford Hewitt Golf Course is a 9-hole parkland course located at Queen's Sports Centre in Godalming, Surrey.
