Easy Friday is a relaxed 9-hole social golf event held at Golf-Club Hoisdorf, open to members and guests. The event runs from Friday, May 8, 2026, at 17:30 (Tee 1–9), with a meeting point at the starter house between 17:15 and 17:30. Guests are welcome and pay a reduced 9-hole greenfee of €30 with no additional costs. Participants can play in various team formats including 2-person Scramble, Chapman Fourball, Classic Fourball, and Bestball, or optionally play an RPR (Handicap Index 36 minus Playing Record) round accompanied by a marker with HCPI under 36. At least one experienced player (HCPI under 36) is present each session. Players can request flight groupings. Registration is available via PC Caddie or at the secretariat up to 13:00 on the day of the event, though spontaneous participation without prior registration is also possible. The event is designed for members (especially new and probation members) to meet fellow golfers, practice their game, and enjoy a relaxed atmosphere to start the weekend. Contact: Jürgen Philipps.

Golf-Club Hoisdorf e.V. is an 18-hole golf course located near Hamburg in Lütjensee, Schleswig-Holstein. Founded in 1977 as the region's first public golf course, it is harmoniously integrated into the hilly end-moraine landscape of the area. The course is characterized by scenic surroundings featuring meadows, fields, and deciduous forests, offering a peaceful setting with mature tree stands and distinctive hedgerow landscapes typical of the region. The layout comprises 18 newly redesigned greens set among challenging fairways that demand strategic play. Notable features include a newly developed practice facility complementing the main course. The terrain's natural elevation changes provide varied difficulty levels throughout the round. The club emphasizes a welcoming, friendly atmosphere and maintains an active competitive structure with numerous team opportunities. Managed by volunteers since 2019, Golf-Club Hoisdorf is affiliated with the Hamburg Golf Association and participates in regional competitions and league play.
