18-hole stroke play competition played under Stableford scoring, handicap-relevant. Open to Golfclub Odenwald members and VcG (Verband der Golfclubs) members with a Handicap Index up to 54. Guests and VcG members not affiliated with GCO can enter for an entry fee of €65 (€15 for youth). Entry fee includes round refreshments. Maximum 80 players (approx. 50% VcG members, 50% GCO members); if more entries are received, the order on the entry list determines participation. Entry deadline is Friday before the event at 12:00, with a late deadline until start time (no guarantee of participation). Start time is 11:00 AM (gun start). Prize list includes 2 gross prizes and 3 net prizes in two classes (Ladies and Men), with double prize exclusion. Tie-break procedure: better last 18 holes, then better 9, 6, 3, and 1 holes based on handicap allocation key. Prize-giving takes place in the clubhouse after the competition. VcG members must register exclusively through VcG; GCO members can register via the competition book, internet, or Albatros app. Participants consent to publication of their name on the start and result lists on the GCO website and intranet, and allow publication of photo/audio/video recordings on the VcG website and publications.

During winter months, holes 10-14 are closed, and the course operates under winter rules with mandatory carry regulations. The facility includes a driving range and offers both competitive and recreational play. The club hosts regular tournaments including club championships, four-person competitions, and seasonal events. A 6-hole short course provides additional practice and play options for members and guests. The course maintains winter play operations from November through February with reduced green fees. The facility features club dining amenities, though the restaurant closes during January and February. E-carts are not permitted on the course, emphasizing a traditional walking experience in the scenic Brombachtal landscape.
