Gregal is a golf course featuring a flat layout interspersed with water hazards that add strategic complexity to the layout. Named after the ancient wind that guided navigators to Greece, the course showcases nine holes with varying difficulty levels. The course includes par 3s, 4s, and 5s that test different skill aspects. Notable holes include Hole 2, a par 5 where players must decide whether to risk crossing a tidal inlet or play conservatively, and Hole 7, a challenging par 3 featuring a large lake on the left and deep British-style bunkers. Hole 9 presents a technical par 5 with a pronounced dogleg left and a water feature cutting across the fairway. The design balances recovery opportunities with demanding holes. Hole 3, a short par 4, offers a straightforward challenge, while others like Hole 6 feature elevated tee shots and greens completely surrounded by bunkers.
