The course features mostly broad fairways that provide accessible playing conditions for beginners while challenging experienced players with long tee shots from forest corridors. The design accommodates various skill levels, with the wider fairways reducing difficulty for less experienced golfers. The course is playable year-round and includes modern amenities such as an irrigation system, mobile home parking with charging facilities, and allows leashed dogs.
