A weekly senior individual strokeplay competition held at Mölndals Golfklubb on Tuesdays. Open to golfers aged 60 or over (or turning 60 in 2026). Non-members are welcome to enter and pay the standard greenfee in addition to the 79 SEK entry fee. Members pay 79 SEK per competition. Tee times start at 09:30 with a back-to-front shotgun format. Golf carts are permitted (medical certificate required for those under 80, unless there is an acute disability). After the competition, players gather for a common lunch and prize-giving in the clubhouse. Registration and payment are made online via the club's website under 'Tävla'. Players must hold an official handicap to enter. The senior season runs from 5 May to 22 September 2026. Players turning 70 during the year play from the orange tee (ladies) or red tee (gents); younger players play from the yellow or red tees respectively. Non-competitive participation is also available for those who prefer not to compete.

Mölndals Golfklubb offers membership options, green fee play, and professional instruction through PGA professionals. The club also provides indoor golf facilities for year-round training and competition. The course is an active member of Golfamore, a golf course network offering reciprocal playing privileges.
