Hämeen Sanomat Scramble

The Hämeen Sanomat Scramble is an open team competition held at Tawast Golf on 25 July 2026. The event is played in scramble format with stableford scoring. Entry is open to all amateur golfers; members with playing rights pay 35€, non-member players pay 60€, and juniors (born 2006 or later) pay 20€ with playing rights or 35€ without. The entry fee includes lunch. The maximum handicap allowance is 36.0 for open competitions, though players with higher handicaps may also participate. The competition features two divisions: a general division and a division for players both over 60 years old. Entries are accepted via the GameBook app, by email to caddiemaster@tawastgolf.fi, or by phone. Prize money is awarded on a one-prize basis, meaning the same player or team cannot win prizes in both the general and over-60 divisions. Results are published on the club website after the event.
